""Kazakhs. The History of Statehood"" is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan documentary .

The film consists of three episodes. All of them tell about historical events concerning our country, about the formation of independence.

The trilogy begins on the banks of the Talas River. The great kurultai of Genghis Khan's descendants took place on the territory of modern Zhambyl region. The official and peaceful partition of the Mongol Empire took place here. As a result, several new states appeared on the map, including the independent Golden Horde, headed by the Juchid dynasty. All Kazakh khans from Kerei to Kenesare belonged to it.
