The evening is aimed at popularizing the songs of the author of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan, great composer Shamshi Kaldayakov, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the formation of the Turkestan region and the 60th anniversary of the formation of the Turkestan Regional Philharmonic named after Shamshi Kaldayakov.
