The series is set in one of the retirement houses in Almaty. The main hero is placed here after an incident with his daughter-in-law. His son, instead of settling the conflict, decides  to just get rid of his father of older age. In a new home, the old man is faced with new difficulties. In parallel to the main storyline, the plot also features bitter stories of life of the facility's other residents .
