"(31st police station)" shows the life of the policemen. The main character is Nurbol Kadyrov, Police Academy alumni. He starts working in the village after graduation, where he settles with an elderly woman who is raising her schoolgirl grand daughter. From that monet, the young leutenant starts his new life.
