The action takes place in one of the best plastic surgery clinics in Almaty. A young surgeon, after studying in Germany, gets a job in a clinic that already has its own established rules. He wants to change the internal system, but his arrival does not suit all employees. He has to go through various trials and intrigues from his colleagues.
