In the village of Algabas, there was an organization called the "Council of Elders", but in practice this community did little. The mayor of the village has long thought about the revival of this organization in neighboring villages as he saw that it contributes to the improvement of rural life. The number of elders in the village has also decreased, and everyone has their own life and problems. 

At first, the Council's work is not going as planned but after a while the Council's work will be set in the right direction which the series will picture entertainingly. They solve many of the problems of rural residents and hereby prove that the institution of elders is a viable, much-needed organization that has a place in modern society.
